4. Cancellations and Refunds

5. Travel Documents and Insurance

5.1 It is Your responsibility to ensure that You have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, as required for Your journey.

5.2 We strongly recommend that You obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Ceylon Transit is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, or other causes.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Ceylon Transit acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers and is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur.

6.2 We reserve the right to make changes to any travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. User Representations

By using the Service, You warrant and represent that:

7.1 You have the legal capacity and You agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which You reside.

7.3 You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.

7.4 You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ceylon Transit and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Sri Lanka and foreign countries.
